Our client is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager with roll forming or similar metal bending/forming machinery experience to take ownership of equipment performance, lead a skilled team, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is more than a maintenance role-you'll be a key leader, reporting directly to the President/CEO, with the opportunity to influence operations, improve processes, and make a lasting impact on the business.

Location: Bow, NH | Full-Time

Salary: $72K-$95K

Offering Relocation: $15,000 (lump sum)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee maintenance operations and supervise 2 employees (1st & 2nd shift)
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain metal forming equipment
  • Evaluate current processes and implement improvements to increase uptime
  • Lead preventative maintenance programs and prioritize daily repairs
  • Manage parts inventory, vendors, and contractors
  • Drive a strong safety and accountability culture

Qualifications

  • Required: Roll forming or metal forming equipment experience
  • Prior leadership experience (small team)
  • Strong mechanical skills and hands-on approach
  • Experience in manufacturing maintenance and multi-shift support
  • Ability to identify issues, implement solutions, and drive change
